Mostly Obama uses the children as an excuse for confiscating wealth. Well, Obama has already demonstrated how he would use money for inner city schools. He would use it to indoctrinate the kids to communism, make them a permanent victim class, and alienate them to all things that typify white society.
I agree, he has an more eloquent way fo saying it, but the message is still the same.
