I’m not an executive but the problem is that the taxes aren’t going to inner-city children for them to go to school. They are going to bad teachers, principals and school districts who use bad curriculum such as Everyday Math.

The program that directly pays students and parents for performance will work.

Actually, that white executive is probably pissed off that all his tax money is being shoved down a School Union rat hole and going towards Commie indoctrination instead of going to help inner-city children actually learn something useful at school. Like Math. And Science. And Reading.
