I believe that all they have to do is swear that they are eligible. Also, there is no agency designated to oversee eligibility issues. That might be something that we want to correct. But, as Philip Berg said, no one has ever tried to run for POTUS that wasn’t a US citizen. It makes me wonder even more if this is why he won’t release his medical and educational records. Berg did have documentation from his school enrollment in Indonesia that showed him to be named Barry Soetero an Indonesian of Islamic faith. Only Indonesians could attend school at that point in time. Big political problems in Indonesia at the time.

None of this makes any sense.
1. Birth certificate released to the public? no. Location of birth and mention of his religion.
2. College records released to the public? no. Would indicate if he received financial aid as a foreign born student.
3. Medical records released to the public? no. Possible mention of birth location.
4. Interview with his grandmother EVER - no. Never interviewed, no quotes, never seen.

Try the above as a Republican.
