If we have these rules or qualifications to run for President, how is it that Barack doesn't have to comply? Does it mean the rules just apply to some people? I guess so.

What about the FEC? The FEC said it wasn't their jurisdiction....they only deal with the actual election issues, not eligibility.

What about the FEC? The FEC was established and chartered to monitor compliance with campaign finance laws, and nothing else.
