[Chief Justice] Roberts may not swear him in.

Obama doesn't need the Chief Justice in order to be sworn in. What would have to happen would be a military coup taking place. Absent that, he would be sworn in.

There will be no military coups in the United States.

What could (but won’t) happen is this:

After the Electoral College votes are counted and Obama wins (hypothetically), written objections to his qualifications to serve can be submitted, so long as each objection is signed by a Senator or a Representative.

Then the objections are submitted to the Senate and House, respectively, for their decision (however that is made).

If they find the President-elect is not qualified, then the Vice President acts as President.

Could happen. Military rule for perhaps 4 to 10 years to clear out the liberal/Democrat traitors, like happened in Chile under Pinochet. Then re-establishment of constitutional government under the Republicans.

That's true. LBJ was sworn in by a Federal district court Judge, Sarah T. Hughes. There is no Constitutional requirement as to who swears in the President. The oath is specified however. Judge Hughes did not know that. She later passed judgment on various Constitutional issues. (She was a Kennedy appointee).
