He opened with a statement that he has been holding back on this, because evidence did not "cross his threshold" of viable news stories yet, but then launched into the suspicious actions of Obama "rushing" to his grandmother's side (in 3 days). The media's mass attention to his emergency detour to Hawaii for personal reasons which has not occurred yet, but reported heavily for the last 3 days really got Rush's attention.

The President of the US cannot be charged criminally while in office. If 0bomber is not a US citizen naturally, but this is not determined legally until after swearing him in, with RE-PO in the Congress and colluding dem in office, the Constitution could be suspended and martial law declared. This scenario could be supported by the ‘Feb 09’ move on communications and the Paulson closed-door meeting of the House this past March—which would mean it was planned.

No, the fact that another country’s laws regard a person as having given up U.S. citizenship has no weight whatsoever under U.S. law.

As a reductio ad absurdum of position that it does, imagine that a revolutionary government took over a country and decreed that all persons inside the country when the new government was instituted were citizens, and that it did not recognize dual citizenship. That action would not strip U.S. citizens of their U.S. citizenship under U.S. law. U.S. citizens escaping back to the U.S. would not need to be naturalized.
