Police planned to administer a polygraph test to Ashley Todd, 20, because her statements about the attack conflict with evidence from the Citizens Bank ATM where she claims the incident occurred, police said.

A polygraph test is not admissible in court, but interesting nonetheless.

My father was a polygraph operator...he brought it home every time he thought I was up to something. Yes, I was interrogated as a kid....just like you saw in that movie.

In this case, I’d believe the operator. It takes a hard person to beat the machine with a competent operator. I doubt a young female could beat the odds, unless she already has a record of lying about important things.
