Simple, if you and your wife are willing, do a simple reenactment of the assault to show exactly how it was done by holding her head from behind, just to demonstrate the angles used.

I just did this with a 13 yr old young man who is probably close to the young woman's size. It's at least plausible that my theory works. It worked just fine on the 13 yr old with a water based marker! :-)
