“I say the title is inflammatory”
Okay, but it’s Drudge’s title, not the posters. And I’ll agree that scratched is not mutilation. Not that scratched is fun to the victim, either.

Okay, but its Drudges title, not the posters. And Ill agree that scratched is not mutilation. Not that scratched is fun to the victim, either. The proper word should be CUT as in "The victim had a B CUT into her face"
Scratch implies that it was relatively harmless like skinning your knee.
Having a B CUT into your face is neither harmless or painless.

Scratched is not mutilation? Excuse me? Are you a young female? Just how would you feel about a young man taking a knife to your face? Do you remember crazy Charles Manson, the creep idolized by Mrs. William Ayers? He “scratched” a swastika into his forehead to “protest” his “treatment” at trial —it was still there and visible when the evil convict had his last interview twenty five years after the “scratching”.

To put that big “B” on her face, he was already using excessive force. It didn’t look like a scratch to me. It would be impossible to scratch a B on someone. It wouldn’t show up that well if it was just a scratch.
