True, but IF he was born outside the US, there are residency requirements (for his mother) that must be met in order for citizenship to pass to him. Those requirements could not possibly have been met due to her age at the time of birth.

Hawaii became a state Aug 59 and 0bamy was born Aug 61. What am I missing?

Obama's true birth place and status as a possible American dual citizen or whatever, illegal, is so complex it will be tough to do on radio and will take a lot of research to do it properly.

Rush should have done all this a few months ago when we started going over all this.

Many of us have invested valuable hour after and hour in this topiic to only to have it brought up 10 days before election day.

I'm glad he brought it up but to just give it a mention and than move on is hardly effective.
