I know what the Constitution states for POTUS. It was the requirements for establishing Citizenship circa Obama's birth date that I was concerned with.

From what I've read so far, neither of his parents met the requirements. Which means, neither does he.

Which means his candidacy is no more legitimate than my Russian immigrant Father's would be should he run. I was born in Minneapolis and have a CLB from St. Mary's. It's a certified copy that is a matter of public record.

Obama could undercut this claim easily. He hasn't. This speaks volumes...

His father was not a citizen, then you look at the mother-but you are right.
