But the requirement for the time Obama was born was that if one parent was a citizen and one wasn’t (as Obama Sr), then the citizen must have lived in the US for at least 10 years, five of which over the age of 16. She was 18 when Obama was born. Does anyone have a cite for this? I'd like to be able to point to an actual link to the info.
