No, mom being a citizen does not make Barry Sorryetoe a citizen...

if Barry was born in Kenya (one allegation...supported by statements from his relatives in Kenya)

if mom was not 4 years past 18 and living in America all of those years...which she was not

if Barry was taken to Indonesia and adopted by his Indonesian Step-father to get him into school and society
(Indonesia had purged its White European Dutch and other citizens....sent them back to Holland after 200 years of residence there...I know this from a friend who was put into a camp and deported to Holland as a child)

IF....etc

Barry refuses to answer these questions and the DNC and the Media will not ask because....????

‘and this issue goes away.’

It hasn’t and won’t because BO is hiding something. He has run the best campaign that money can buy and its still not in the bag even though the MSM is in his back pocket. If this turns out the way I think it might I will truely enjoy watching the smug sycophants that were deluding themselves over the ‘one’ slink off back to their holes.

See, now they are even questioning the true citizenship if he was born outside the US. Which would be a valid reason for his mother to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.

4. December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986

If, at the time of your birth, both your parents were U.S. citizens and at least one had a prior residence in the United States, you automatically acquired U.S. citizenship with no conditions for retaining it.

If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16. There are no conditions placed on retaining this type of citizenship. If your one U.S. citizen parent is your father and you were born outside of marriage, the same rules apply if your father legally legitimated you before your 21st birthday and you were unmarried at the time. If legitimation occurred after November 14, 1986, your father must have established paternity prior to your 18th birthday, either by acknowledgment or by court order, and must have stated in writing that he would support you financially until your 18th birthday.

Trying to find the info on the statute that says you can apply for a birth certificate for a child born outside the state after the birth.

"I heard this got swatted down yesterday. Anyone know?"

The only thing swatted down was a writ of mandamus which demanded the hearing date be made "immediate" due to the election date. The suit is still valid and the hearing date is scheduled for 7 November

These sorts of frivolous and vexatious lawsuits get filed against public officials all the time, and almost always get tossed very quickly for one reason or another.

If Andy Martin’s case was plainly and obviously frivolous, the DNC could simply have retained a Honolulu lawyer to file a motion to dismiss with prejudice.

Yet here comes Obama himself with DNC lawyers in tow.

Andy Martin may be a nut. But even a nut can find something serious.

What do you mean 25 years post date? Doesn’t it apply for the time he was born?

I’m sure that the State Dept. has already leaked Palin’s passport and McCain’s.

Yet here comes Obama himself with DNC lawyers in tow.

According to "sources." IOW, it's just a rumor -- and it may be a rumor concocted by the egregiously self-aggrandizing Mr. Martin himself.

I would prefer a little more solid information, based on something other than "sources."

my earlier reply was not totally accurate...try this:

He’s deciding which of his names (Barack Barry Hussein Obama Soetoro) to put on it.

The ink isn’t dry yet.

Hillary Clinton won’t give it back to him.

He wants to surprise us at his swearing in.

He accidently smoked it.

It shows that he didn’t have a virgin birth.

It got mixed in with his Rezko mortgage records and shredded.
