Might be, but you CANNOT have or had dual citizenship to meet the requirements to run for the office of the President. His mother and the child had dual citizenship!!!

Show me in the constitution where it says no one can have EVER had dual citizenship as a child and qualify as President. (Dual citizenship vanishes when the child becomes an adult unless that adult actively avows that citizenship or has been living in that nation from childhood into adulthood.)

Dual citizenship is not a Constitutional bar to the Presidency. My son, for example, is a natural-born citizen of the US, but he is also a citizen, from birth, of two other countries. That is perfectly legal and would not prevent him from becoming President.
