People can join the 'photo-op' by donning a vest and gun. The artist admits in the video link that many of the visitors shoot Sarah Palin.

The photo is supposed to be the one of Sarah with the dead moose. But if the museum and artist are encouraging people to point the gun at her head it is sick. As it is intended as a commentary AGAINST a particular candidate it has crossed over into political advocacy which is a violation of 501c3 tax code.
