Has anyone seen anything regarding the number of undecideds at this point? The focus in the media has been on Obama and his “insurmountable” lead but scarcely a word about undecideds. Last I saw the number of people who hadn’t made up their minds was near 20%. Does anyone know what it is now?

According to CNN the undecideds are going to 0bama. Take that for what it’s worth.

I had to watch CNN for 5 hours yesterday while my dad was in the hospital for surgery. It gave me a headache. Sign posted by the TV “Do not change this channel”. 90% Obama and 10% McCain. Seriously.

It's probably around 10% right now. Which is higher then 04’ by a few points. I think some of 0’s support his soft too. I think we're within a couple of points, after the BS is shoveled away. We're behind...but in the game.

I think at least 60%, maybe even 70%, of undecideds will go to McCain.

I still hold to my theory that ‘undecideds’ are this large number of folks who usually vote Dem who just CANNOT stomach Obama, but have not yet digested the fact that they want to vote McCain/ Republican.

It is a sea change that takes a bit of time. I think they are, at this point, NOT for Obama. And I think they will, when the chips are down, vote McCain.

At this point, anybody who is still really undecided is not going to make the effort to show up on election day. I'm thinking a good number of "undecideds" are McCain voters who don't want to reveal who they are for to strangers.

I read somewhere else from a Poll Junkie that the “UNDECIDEDS” are Older White People who Voted for Bush in 2004, Doesn’t sound like Obama’s crowd does it??

McCain is in good shape
