The BIG DIFFERENCE is that there WILL BE RESPONSES by both police military-style swat teams and the NG could also be called in to suppress any rioting, unlike in Kenya.

If they want to riot and burn cities, let ‘em. However, don’t expect whitey to provide the funds to rebuild those cities. Let those who took part in the mayhem pay to rebuild.
