I want one of these!
The Texas Ranger Walker Colt Revolver
Our Tribute revolver, crafted of modern, high-strength
steel by Colt Blackpowder Arms Company, is an accurate
—and shootable—reproduction of the rare 19th century
original, officially authorized by the Texas Ranger H
all of Fame and Museum in Waco, Texas.
Each revolver is decorated with artwork in 24-karat gold
by craftsmen commissioned by America Remembers.
The unfluted cylinder features W.L. Ormsby’s original
engraving, highlighted in gold, depicting a battle in
which a small band of Rangers, armed with Colt Patersons,
easily defeated a far larger group of Comanche raiders.
Etched in 24-karat gold on the left side of the barrel are
the legendary Rangers Samuel Walker and John Coffee Hayes,
flanking a detailed group photograph dating from the late
1800’s.
On the right side are shown William W. “Big Foot” Wallace
and W.J. “Bill” McDonald, who is credited with the Ranger
motto, “No man in the wrong can stand up against a fellow
that’s in the right and keeps on a-comin.”
A display case accompanies each Tribute, lined in velvet
contoured to fit the revolver, and features a brass plaque
identifying this Tribute as officially authorized by the
Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum.

Yep, win or lose, any excuse is a good excuse to burn stuff and raise hell. Seen it too many times.
“if Barack Obama loses and there is suspicion of foul play in the election, violence could ensue in cities with large black populations..........” ****Certain websites are FANNING THE FLAMES RIGHT NOW!!! From Blackagenareport. TO WIT: “When the Republicans are preparing for a really big vote theft, they create a diversion.”
The Republicans are great thieves and have become especially expert at stealing the votes of Black folks ever since the GOP merged with the old Dixiecrats, 40 years ago. Business-suited Republicans have replaced the old white supremacist tools of fire, ropes and lead, with mass computer hackery, illegal voter roll purges, selectively overcrowded polling places and a host of other high- and low-tech tricks designed to disenfranchise the most reliably progressive voting bloc in the nation: African Americans.
AND MORE FLAMES TO WIT: http://www.democracynow.org/2008/10/22/votes
It would suprise you that the Dems have made vote stealing a fine art, Chicago style politics comes to mind.
Because we’re smarter...and they know it. Live long...

The article mentions Colt, which called Hartford, CT home for many years. The building with the blue onion dome is now a national historic landmark.
Despite the efforts of certain Liberals in the media to instigate them, I don’t think there will be massive riots, if...I mean WHEN Obama loses. Some isolated pockets, perhaps, but most black Americans are hard working people, who have no time for such folly. A few knuckleheads might well cause trouble, but law enforcement will be able to handle them.
Also, in the immediate wake of Obama’s loss, the overwhelming emotion among the Obamessiah’s followers will be shock. By the time they recover from the shock and get around to anger, the moment for rioting will have passed.
I am actually slightly more concerned about the possibility of scattered “victory riots” if Obama wins. There would be such a euphoria among his disciples that it could lead to rioting.
Second it.
They will leave the door to the asylums open?
What I don’t understand is
1. Obamao outspends Mac
2. DNC runs all sorts of scams
3. ACORN gets fake voter registrations.
4. DNC/ACORN buses homeless to polls.
5. Obamao has big name musicians to elevate his speeches.
and much more attacking ....so taking all this crap into consideration...
why are Obamao’s and Mac’s poll numbers so so close, hmmm?
One Riot, One Ranger.
Sorry, pardner, y'all borrowed that line from the Pennsylvania State Police. There is statue of a 19-teens vintage Trooper on horseback with a seven foot baton on the grounds of the Academy with the inscription "One Riot, One Statie". Since PSP is the oldest state agency in the nation...
The Pennsylvania State Police was created as an executive
department of state government by legislation, Senate Bill
278, signed into law by Governor Samuel W. Pennypacker on
May 2, 1905.

LOL not even close.
August of 1823, Austin asked for additional ten men to
supplement Morrison’s company. He called for “ten men.
..to act as rangers for the common defense.
The wages I will give said ten men is fifteen dollars
a month payable in property.
These two companies are regarded as the first ancestors
of the modern Texas Rangers.
The term “Texas Ranger” did not appear officially in a
piece of legislation until 1874.
IF there is suspicion of foul play. They’ve already announced that if they don’t win, IT will be because of foul play and racism. Riots guaranteed and I know some peeps who are voting Obama because they think that’s safer than him losing. They’re tired, giving in is easier.
Question: Have you ever been to the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame and Museum?
If so, it must be an excellent place to house the historic information about this branch of TX law enforcement.
The story goes that for what ever reason, there were several days of rioting in Waco, Texas around 1900. A telegram was sent to Austin to request Rangers to quell the rioting.
Later a train from Austin rolls into town and an official meets the train to find just one Ranger on board.
"Just one of ya'll?"
Ranger: "Well, how many riots you got?"
Nicely summarized, and I agree. There will be some pockets of trouble regardless, but nothing on a wide scale.
The Pennsylvania version of the tale is similar; one riot in the northeast coal country, one mounted Statie with his mega-baton.
The president of the State Trooper’s union just quoted that story in testimony before a labor action in September—still living the legend.
