Honestly, if this came from someone other than Biden, I might worry. Biden has an almost perfect history of being totally wrong.

it sounds to me like they know that the cubans or soviets are going to stage a nuke missile base in Venezuela (tested like Kennedy reference) and O/biden probably has decided not to do anything but play nice with ayers buddies in the south (the unfavorable responce reference in bidens statement) the only thing is once you let the ticks stay on the dog fire or strong medicine is the only remedy.
