PA is an interesting case. People didn’t go stupid during the housing bubble. Prices in Philadelphia have enjoy a slow and steady upward movement. The state’s in somewhat good shape. Can anyone explain why Philadelphia avoided the boom bust whereas NYC and Boston got trounced.
People have been leaving Philadelphia for the burbs for decades now because of the liberals running the city into the pits.
