At a minimum of destabililization for sure. I'm figuring we may be in crisis because of the economic debacle and the entire reaction of a republican administration has been that of socialization (ala bailing out wall street and forcibly taking over banks). Yes congress voted that in but those monkeys were all too eager to enact what was forced on them by the administration.

I call this a crisis, because capitalism and freedom weren't anywhere even close to being considered - but I've been wrong before.

You're thinking we have to hit depression before you'd call is crisis? You may get what you dont want.

At a minimum, next year we'll have inflation worse than the 70s (by the measuring standards used before politicians made them meaningless) and unemployment probably as bad as the great depression. I dont see any way around it given how much money this govt has printed in "The Great Giveaway". This is prolly going to be the manufactured crisis that is going to test Obama, and his nationalisation the solutions that no one thinks are the right ones.

No disagreement. I have gone back and forth between destabilization and crisis. You could be right. Either way, it must not happen in this country. I will use my vote to try and keep Obama out of the White House, but I do believe we need a stronger leader than John McCain. We need someone who understands that reaching across the aisle CAN be very dangerous.

But for now...we cannot have the Messiah taking office and expect to prosper. Prosperity is not his goal. At least not for you or me.
