My only suggestion is that we stop calling these people “liberals”. Ayers and Wright are not liberals, they are leftists. I would say that's a big difference between liberals and leftists. Leftists are clearly anti-American, most liberals aren't (there are a number of other differences). Many Democrat voters are liberals, but nearly all the party apparatchiks are leftists. Pointing out the differences is the first step towards seperating the liberals from the Democratic Party.

I disagree. Liberals are anti-American. It is true that the meaning of words changes over time. Most people who call themselves conservatives would have been called liberals during the nineteenth century.

But those aren’t what liberals are today in America. Liberals today believe in government intervention in our economic and political lives. They want to ‘spread the wealth.’ as Obama said. They want to enforce the fairness doctrine on talk radio to limit the power of Rush and other conservative commentators.

There is no real difference between a liberal today and a socialist. They are all evil and will bring about the destruction of the America we know it if they ever take power.
