I live in MD 01 and it does seem to be a toss-up. I think Harris assumed the seat was his and didn’t really do the work he had to do to ensure victory. Kratovil and his lover Gilcrest are all over the airwaves and sending out reams of junk mail, and you don’t tend to hear much from Harris.
I’m seeing good Harris commercials on TV, the best just yesterday... “The problem is solved? Frank Kratovil: Clueless, wrong, very liberal” GREAT!
