Granny knows the secrets is obviously not 100% on his side. He has to make sure she keeps her mouth shut and isn't leaving that task up to one of his minions. I still say this is a two for one deal - he "rushes" to oh so sick honky granny's side to 1) make sure she doesn't spill the beans, and 2) he gains whitey's sympathy and possibly enough infidel votes to put him over the top.

I feel sorry for Grandma being in the middle of all this. When I think of her, I always see that photo of her with her arms draped around Barack’s neck, with a big smile on her face, like “oh, I do love this grandson of mine.”
