It’s back up and running. I noticed it down last night around 10:30pm when I was going to look up info.
Demonstrates to me that the Marxist Onada and his crowd are deep into panic mode now. And Jennifer Brunner, the dem SofS and elections chief, is an active and determined enabler. The good news is that she cannot hide what is being done. Despite the magnitude of dem hanky panky in Ohio, it appears the volume of fraud that was envisioned is significantly truncated.
Of course, all registered Ohio pubbies must vote. Personally, I think the audacity and scope of the dems voter fraud plot will energize pubbies to vote.
Nov. 4 is only two weeks away. The polls, even national polls—despite the best pollster poll rigging attempts, are decisively swinging to McCain. Of course, the AP, in an election story in my local paper (Asbury Park Press, NJ) today is still talking about McCain’s failing campaign.
MSM has given up all pretense of being unbiased chroniclers of events. It is fairly breathtaking.
Kind of like the ACORN office in Boston that reported it somehow had been broken into and had five computers stolen this week.
I missed the story on the break in, was this before or after the FBI leak that they were going to be raided?
Simple. Compare it to the backups.
But there are no irregularities showing up, therefore no reason to pull backups (provided they exist).
Here’s a FR link, and I stand corrected, it says three computers. But it was after the multi-state fraud investigation had been talked about:

Why breach the site. wouldn’t the administration simply GIVE this information to the Democrats, ACORN, etc.?

In the Fine Print
One possible way to cut off ACORNs funding.
By David Freddoso
In July, before an overarching Wall Street bailout was part of the national vocabulary, President Bush signed a piece of legislation called the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008. This bill provided funds to bail out bad borrowers and grants for states to buy foreclosed homes. It also created a permanent Affordable Housing Trust Fund a large slush fund that conservatives complained would be exploited by such left-wing groups as ACORN, which has its own housing corporation, allowing them to fund political activities.
But that law, which also included a belated and vain attempt to save Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, contains a provision which becomes pertinent in light of the ongoing voter-fraud scandal involving ACORNs submission of apparently fraudulent voter registrations in several states. An amendment to the housing bill, submitted by Sen. Jim DeMint (R., S.C.), contains the following language:
SEC. 2304. LIMITATION ON DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS.
(a) IN GENERAL. None of the funds made available under this title or title IV shall be distributed to
(1) an organization which has been indicted for a violation under Federal law relating to an election for Federal office; or
(2) an organization which employs applicable individuals.
How hard is it to get a fake ID nowadays in 2 weeks?
Not that hard but at least in Ohio you need some very specific forms of ID before we let you vote
Here it is again: "A wealth of election-related information is stored on the Web site. Missing from it Monday night were detailed records of campaign finance information, results from previous elections and a database of Ohio voters." But before that: "Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner says in a statement Monday that the site has been partially disabled to protect state records and data."
Since the breach appears to have taken place before "Monday night", perhaps it means the data is now "missing" because it's been removed by the state to protect it from hackers -- the story isn't very clear.
At any rate the skeptic in me says the chaos introduced by the supposed hacking may be a way to cover tracks or introduce chaos to slow the progress of database comparisons ordered by the courts, until after the election.
---------
Ohio GOP press release from around the 10th of October:
(Columbus) - A federal court ruled tonight that Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner violated federal election laws by not taking adequate steps to validate the identity of newly registered voters.
The ruling from U.S. District Court Judge George C. Smith called the identification breakdown "a serious problem" and ordered Brunner to immediately comply with federal requirements to match voter registration data with the information in the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Social Security Administration databases. The court accused Brunner of failing to provide county election administrators with "an effective way to access and review mismatches." She immediately appealed the ruling.
"For some reason, Jennifer Brunner does not want these new registrations checked," said Ohio Republican Party Deputy Chairman Kevin DeWine. "Her refusal to comply with federal law raises serious concerns about her ability to objectively oversee this election. It's especially troubling in light of her connection to ACORN and that group's stunning confession this week of fraudulent registration activity happening right here in Ohio."
Brunner's effort to fight the court order comes just two days after the Democrat activist group ACORN admitted to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections that the group engages in fraudulent voter registration activity.
Ohio ACORN officials "blamed the elections board for not scrutinizing ACORN's suspicious cards," claiming the group "can't be expected to catch everything."
ACORN is facing similar inquires in other Ohio counties as well as 10 other states. Members of the group's "voter-mobilization arm," Project Vote, regularly advise Brunner on election strategy, even recently issuing a news release that claims credit for Brunner's directive restricting challenges to suspected fraudulent voter registrations. Democrat presidential candidate Barack Obama also has strong ties to ACORN, working previously as an attorney and "leadership trainer" for the group.
If you are an illegal, not very hard.
they’re too busy with all the other election fraud the Dems are doing
ACORN and obama has swamped the system so much that it is impossible to get all this corrected for election day
either throw out ALL ACORN registrations and groups of that nature or this will get worse
Her computers are hacked, ACORN offices broken into and the computers took in two cities just when the feds were brought in
FFS even a blind person can see what is going on here
SHAME ON YOU MEDIA FOR HOW YOU HAVE BEEN IN THIS ELECTION
Odinga election and this election is no different any more except his thugs obama’s thugs I mean have not gone on the riot yet killing but they will do if he loses
obama you have brought this country into looking a third world country
I hope the voters backlash against the Dem fraud this year
I bet VA would be just as bad if they had a republican Gov investigating all of this too
