Clearly, if they had failed to file a protective order they would be in a pinch, in a very difficult position.

Filing for a protective order does not necessarily relieve the timely response. If the Judge doesn't issue an order for more time, the law applies.

I don't know how they will get out of this.

I agree its a problem. I would never do that in Fed Ct., just rely on my motion for a protective order, yikes. Now in state court, some you have to raise a fuss before judge would even consider enforcing the deadlines on some discovery issues. Bottom line Judge has the discretion to let them weasel out of the “admitted” admissions.

Re #68: I just want the certified copy of the COLB to be produced and then, Obama's re-entry back into the US as an Indonesian citizen to be clarified by the courts within 10 days,as of today.

If this can't be done before the election, then the election needs to be postponed, regardless.

The US Senate can do this with an emergency session.

So, IMHO, looks like our courts and our Congress will let the American people down again.

Surely, the judges aren't so ignorant at the magnitude of these 2 questions having to be settled.

Finally, WTF vetted his eligibility to run for POTUS to begin with before the primaries? This group needs to have its backside taken to the woodshed and produce their information clarifying the first 2 questions above.

If the vetting group ( all persons involved ) screwed up, then send them the bill for their collective mistakes (sham).
