Nah. Hunter will be. But that’s OK, he’s much more conservative anyway.

Well we may never see eye to eye on a candidate, but I will say this, you are among the most loyal people I have ever seen. If Hunter can get more pissant’s behind him he might have a shot someday.

Personally, I like and Respect hunter greatly, he is a conservative McCain to me in the respect of his and his families dedication to service to our country. I agree with him on about 9 out of 10 issues. But I can't see him getting the nomination. But you never know, Huckabee was an asterisk and then went on to a second place showing. Anything is possible.

But for me, I'm for the killa from wasila.

But Palin-Hunter does have a heck of a nice ring to it :)

Hunter barely caused a ripple among the GOP. He's got many great qualities, but he doesn't have the charisma necessary to get elected. Period. End of story.

Conservative he may be, but he lost me when he backed the Huckster. Huckabee??? ROFL

Fact is, Palin is already more popular than Hunter will ever be. MAYBE, if he plays his cards right, she'll ask him to join her on the ticket. MAYBE, but she'll have many suitors.

If Palin becomes VP in January and serves 4 years, she would obviously be handed the nomination on a silver platter, should McCain not run, which would be likely. If she goes back to Alaska in 2 weeks and keeps doing what she's been doing there, she will only build her experience and credibility.

She got thrown in the middle of a nasty national election with little notice, having never been in that big of a limelight before. She may have had some rough spots with some "gotcha" interviews, but she absolutely KILLED at the GOP convention and on the stump. She has "IT" whatever "IT" is. I give her an A+ performance in the campaign. Grading he on the "never been here before" curve, she gets an A+++. In 4 years, regardless if she's in DC or Alaska in the meantime, she will be all more the polished and experienced.

Let's not forget, she's being "handled" by McCain's campaign staff, which I'm afraid they've not done a very good job.

Imagine her in 4 years, completely off the leash from any "handlers". She basically has the job in 2012 if she wants it.
