I honestly don’t know “when” he’s talking about- however it was reported over the weekend that both campaigns have been briefed on possible large scale terrorist actions after the election.
It’s bizarre at the least.
1. Announce of $150 million for September 2. Announce of classified security briefings 3. Announce by Joe Biden of doom in six months. (I’d just as soon skip the doom in six months).
