There is liberal academia oppression and nothing is really being done about it. You’d think that fighting it would be a cottage industry for lawyers but it’s just too hard to fight, especially in private colleges because they can make up the rules as they go along. About the only thing you can do is sue the school for breach of contract for not protecting the student from unfairness. That’s what Wade Smith did when he sued Duke for the lacrosse team incident. Colleges are so wealthy they can afford to go against the average student/parents who would accumulate so much debt in attorneys fees it’s not worth it. It’s just so unfair.
