No, Roe vs Wade was an obvious tipping point with immediate implications, none of which I’d argue with. I’m not arguing with you on abortion (which you automatically tie to any conversation you engage in however tangentially related, it looks like). Self/assisted suicide is a wholly different matter to me.

Assisted 'suicide' and abortion differ primarily in age and venue. Both involve persons taking part in the killing of someone whose life has been deemed without intrinsic value.

The article itself refers to the burden on the parents, whether they are criminally prosecuted or not. If it's not immoral, what's the burden?
