Lets assume that Obama was born in Hawaii, how is his situation different then a pregnant Mexican sneaking across the border to have her child in the US. Another example, the rich Pakistani flying his wife to the US to have their child pick up that US passport via the awarding of citizenship by being born in the US.
Where are the differences if Obama was born in Hawaii, seems he would have the stronger case since his mother was a US citizen.
To some of us the Constitution matters.
Some of took an oath to defend it.
Philip Berg is doing his best and he has a lot of gut.
The API could be a Obama diversion. Even if Michelle is yelling on the phone it will not matter much.
Both make Mr. Obama not a natural born citizen
and therefore not eligible for office of the president.
Unless you care not for the constitution or American

Berg’s ability to get to the bottom of this will truly show us how good our system really is, or it will show us how far we have already declined.

Apparently he CAN be helped with donations to his website (as per the video). He is planning to place lawsuits in at least 15 other states, and possibly all 50.
If Obama has proof that he was born in the U.S. - why hasn’t he produced it? Why are the Dems scrambling to try and quash this lawsuit, and discredit Berg?
Berg is apparently a Democrat lawyer,from Philadelphia, who served as Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania for eight years, ran for governor twice and once for the US Senate. He was former Chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County (PA) and a former member of the Democratic State Committee. So he appears to have credentials.... and he appears to NOT want Obama elected, or serving.
hey Freepers, Liberals are PETRIFIED of this case. Just mention it to them and they literally implode. Next week, there will be many cases filed, probably hundreds then thousands as the word spreads via the internet. If Obama gets away with this God forbid it will mean that anyone from any country can run for President.
You have to be natural born here. Constitution must be withheld. Bad enough the liberals twist is and deconstruct it, but we can’t let anyone nullify and void it. Please inform every one you know as so many people are still unaware of think it’s a rumor or myth. The fact that he wont provide the proof tells me it’s true.
the long version of the vault copy has witnesses on it and those witnesses would be questioned. the doctors, nurses, etc. would all have to collabarate the story. Ain’t happen. Berg did say he was 100% certain bo was born in Kenya. pretty strong words. sure hope he’s right and can prove it in time.
Just copy the wording in # 19 and fax or mail to all interested parties.
