it is too low of res to tell for sure, but it looks to me that I can see a repetive pixel pattern heading to the left and up at about 45 degree angle.
The crowd on the stairs at the far back looks the worst because they appear to be the same size as those in the area of the dark shade that cuts across the whole pic. and they don’t rise up the stairs properly.
It appears to me that this crowd could actually end right about where the open spaces are directly above the stage and the rest is photoshopped in.
The people don’t get smaller as you go all the way to the back.

Oh, the crowd is legit. Maybe not 100,000. That's the Dem city estimate. The Secret Service estgimate is 80,000. I'm here in St. Louis. Here are some other photos:
