The English version on KCNA (Korea Central News Agency) from North Korea on their website is usually about a day or two later than the Korean version, and the Korean version is about a day after whatever it is that has happened in the DPRK.

Which versions?

Also, there is often no news about Kim Jong il doing anything; but always laudatories, floral baskets being sent to him, etc. etc. He is only rarely talked about doing anything these days, the last thing being his (supposed) visit to KP Female Unit 821 which they talked on about for nearly three to four days.

AIT, are the NKs playing funeral dirges over their state radio? If so, then Chia Pet kicked it. There are also rumors that a NK diplomat and his family legged it from their post in China and got to the US, and the announcement is something along the lines of “we are going to punish this man’s remaining family, don’t you get any ideas.”

I've just picked up the English version on the Drudge link.

Do the underleaders realize the system is bankrupt? When the USS-Are became the USS-Was, it happened internally, in Moscow, albeit with unavoidable pressure from the West.

If it happens in the DPRK, will it happen in Pyng-Pong, or will it be ushered in from the PRC or somewhere else?
