She has no standing to bring such a frivolous suit. Plus, even if Bambi was the one whining, truth is a defense.

If Granny Hippy wants to see real hate speech, I direct her to DailyKos, DU or HuffPo to read any of the comments emanating from her side of the aisle whenever the death or illness of a conservative is announced.

Sounds like Green has been consulting with Obama's CAIR lawyers. Hate speech? Hardly. Its 1st amendment speech. This suit is similar to the Human Rights tribunal claims brought against Mark Steyn in Canada.

I really am scared about the hateful way Obama speaks about people making over $250K. I think he is inciting people to hate them. I was called a very nasty racist/sexist name by a large black man in the grocery store yesterday because I did not steer my cart out of his way fast enough.
I blame Obama, because I am sure this man wouldn’t have done this before Obama told him that rich white people should give away their money.
(I speak sardonically, but this actually did happen.)

“filed a lawsuit this week over what she claims is dangerous hate speech coming from the rival campaign of Republican presidential nominee John McCain.”
This woman is certifiable. How many times has Bush been called Hitler, and any and all Republicans Nazis? It’s just standard leftist babble that rolls off their tongues effortlessly. If we start listing all the instances of those on the left and right engaging in some name calling, the leftists are going to score a decisive victory.

My first reaction in hearing that Tim Russert had died of a heart attack was:
We will have to cancel the election.
But
sharing his Catholic belief in heaven, I can envision him up in heaven with John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King and all the great leaders of America, cheering us all on as we elect the next President.
Like them, Tim Russert loved America, and he loved good government.

Seems the communist loving, socialist twit, Missouri voter Mary Kay Green thinks she is really something. Stick a sock in it liberal!
Remember, it's freedom of speech when they asy it. It's hate speech when we say it.
