If I am not mistaken, the law against interference in a foreign government by anyone who is not a representative of the President is called the LOGAN ACT. Someone should check it out.

I know, I was really pumped up about it, I guess like everyone else. Been waiting for that shoe to drop all week.

The Logan Act should also cover Obama’s interference with the Iraq War.

Yep, and unfortunately it’s NEVER enforced. I SO wish it were, because Obama has broken it something like three times in the last year. Well at least twice anyway. Telling Iraqi’s not to make any agreements with the Bush Administration that HE would have to fulfill, mostly because he wants to remove all troops immediately. And now in Kenya.

He does have the goods, most of it he published in a book and just filled it out and confirmed it. If indeed he DOES have cell phone records and Emails, its my suspicion that he may be holding on to it until closer to the election which is admittedly hard on us, but will go a long way to getting fence sitters off the fence on the right side. Given how he was treated in Kenya, I think he does indeed have the goods.

“The media here will ignore it though.”
Now imagine if it were a Republican that was being investigated. The media would be stumbling over each other and frothing at the mouth.

Kibaki, Raila and Annan honoured with degrees
Published on 10/18/2008
Memories of the violence that gripped the country early this year and the slow, sometimes painful, negotiations at the Nairobi Serena Hotel that gave birth to peace, returned Friday at a graduation ceremony whose centrepiece was to honour the three leaders who negotiated the deal.
The venue was the University of Nairobis Chancellors Court. In attendance were once rivals, President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
