That’s kind of vague. I’d like to know more about Poland’s immigration and naturalization laws. If they are too lax, undesirables will flock to Poland as a path of least resistance to the US; a stepping stone. That’s bad news for both Poland and US.

I know for a fact that the Baltics must send their people to the US Embassy in Warsaw to get their biometric and green card interviews.

I doubt that those countries are yet equipped to meet the new passport standards.
