They did make a decision. No standing to sue. Means the fake votes will be counted before any court will recognize that anyone has standing to sue. And that means the courts will not enforce one man, one vote. And that means the end of the Republic.
Haven’t seen the ruling yet, so I hope this is not the case.
In any case I still agree with a prior poster , even if the right to sue has been lost.
