Øbama “And if were placing a burden on the doctor that says you have to keep alive even a previable child as long as possible and give them as much medical attention as as is necessary to keep that child alive, then were probably crossing the lines in terms of unconstitutionality.”
BUBBLES!!!
El Rushbo thank you too your the best!!
Appears so ... and specifically a voter. The voter holds the franchise and thus would be the party harmed. The party, while representing the interests of a large number of voters, does not have the right to vote.
I guess this needs to be treated like a class action suit. Find a vic or two, prop 'em up, and go to town. RAT lawyers know this instinctively.
You can say a lot of things about Rush but when McCain does something worthwhile he reports it but when McCain strays off the conservative reservation he brings it to the public’s attention. Somw may refer to him as a blind devotee to McCain but nothing could be further from the truth. I know if McCain wins it will largely because of his choice of Sarah but I think you who listen to Rush regularly can agree that Rush has upped his game from excellent to super-excellent in the last couple of weeks. Rush you are just as important to America’s survival as a free nation as Sarah is. Thank you for what you do!
ditto that
In a brief unsigned opinion, the justices said they were not commenting on whether Ohio is complying with a provision of the Help America Vote Act of 2002 that lays out requirements for verifying voter eligibility. Instead, they said they were granting Brunner's request because it appears that the law does not allow private entities, like the Ohio GOP, to file suit to enforce the provision of the law at issue.
a shame Republican lawyers/GOP was clueless.
that would be a loan decision by justice Stevens I beleive
did ya’ll read the African Press Internation release yesterday as to the call to Kenya by Michelle MeBell ????????
Here and cannot believe the SCOTUS ruling.
“Rush ... a blind devotee to McCain” is guaranteed to invoke a ROFLAMO response from any ditto head. Easiest way to spot a non-listener when they say something like that.
nope, all voted it was reported
not sure if true, still waiting to hear the tape.
"I WANT CHANGE, DAMMIT!"
