We understand that the tapes should be released, but those who have demanded the release of the tapes seem not take into account that API may become a suing target.

Sued for what? Telling the truth? If they have the evidence to back their claim, there's no grounds for it. They believe this is their out and we'll never see a tape. So blatantly phony.
