McCain has a wicked sense of humor...I like that! LOL!
I am desperately in need of a New Yorker to explain the Obama line that drew the biggest laugh he got ... about being at the Waldorf Astoria doorstep and able to see the Russian Team room.... ok, as I typed that I GOT it!!!

Agree!! After watching W's and the rest of the Reps performance over the past 8 years I am thoroughly disgusted.
It appears to be a Kabuki theater performance they all put on for the unwashed masses. They appear to disagree and fight with each other on principle but, when the lights go down and nobody is watching/listening, they get together for a game of golf, squash or a drink, all friends in the same self serving conspiracy.
The ‘Bailout’ is a prime example. The perpetrators in charge of the resolution of the problem.
It seemed to me that McCain poked fun at himself while Obama poked fun at others. Especially Sarah Palin’s lines (lipstick, “pallin’ around”, and “seeing Russia”).
She’s on the One’s mind.

I sat here like a maroon all night trying to figure it out.. I’m a native NYer, been to Waldorf, been to Russian Tea Room, and KNEW you couldn’t possibly see from one to the other, yet everyone roared at that ..and as soon as I typed it out, voila !!! What a dunce. Past my bedtime, g’nite and thanks so much for posting .. we all needed a good, laugh-filled eve.
McCain nuked him with kindness, humor and a smile on his face. Even Hillary was busting a pantsuit in laughter.
He was spectacular, wasn’t he?

Am I just biased or did McCain get more laughs and applause than Obama? I thought McCain was way funnier than Obama. I don’t think Obama has a sense of humor. He seemed uncomfortable. The audience seemed uncomfortable, too. Their laughter was kind of stiff and polite.
I watched by myself and I was rolling on the floor laughing at McCain but I really didn’t think Obama was all that funny. I chuckled a time or two at Obama but I was rolling watching McCain.
Did you notice that even with two or three jokes about his middle name, That One never acutally said what it was?
LOL I was just thinking the same thing. He has that snooty nose in the air in the first picture. Hillary does that, too. She walks with arrogance. Kind of sweeping with her head thrown back and her nose in the air.
..Note to Obama: Jokes aren’t funny if you have to read them.
I agree. It was the worst performance by That One I’ve see yet. I don’t even think he read the script ahead of time- if he did, why was he laughing at his own jokes so often?

Messiah did not look amused at the Messiah joke. He looked embarrassed and irritated.
Yes I heard about that. His fellow prisoners said he would shuffle along grinning and giving them the thumbs up. Sort of like cool hand Luke.
Most liberals don’t have a sense of humor. You could see that with The Perky One. She acts like she doesn’t know how to laugh.
