BO: “I got my first name from my father. “Barack” is actually Swahili for “That One.”...And I got my middle name from someone who obviously didn’t think I’d ever run for president.”
I hate to say this (reeeeally hate to say it!), but I think some of BO’s lines are pretty funny. His delivery is not nearly as smooth or relaxed as McCain’s (alternate universe, anyone?), but he’s doing okay. Some of the applause could be considered just “a smattering”, but some seems genuine.
