Back before the economic downturn I knew quite a few plumbers who were making kick butt money! especially if they owned a business and were employing a handfull of employees.
I think that obama hasn’t got a clue that a well trained craftsman in this country is worth quite a bit.

A society which sneers at plumbers and unquestioningly applauds academics will find neither its pipes nor its theories hold water!
Goodness, how dumb can Obama be? Doesn’t he see how bad this issue is hurting him? And now he mocks working class folks with dreams, and small businesses?
You can tell from the muted crowd response, they are not really buying into this.
This seems similar to his initial response to Palin. Mocking her for being the mayor of a town with 9000 people. He quickly backed off that too, after he saw the impact.
I am loving the controversy. Just keeps it in the news. Instead of Joe getting 24 hours of newscycles, he gets 48-72. The race is starting to get back to where we were right after the convention. When Obama spent all his time debating Palin instead of McCain.
