Lending more and more credence to Philip Berg’s lawsuit. How long will the courts ignore the Constitution and cover for Barama?

Here is my communication with a close "friend" of Mr. Berg Subject: Berg

Dear Jeff:

With only a few weeks to election day, what is happening to Mr. Berg's lawsuit?

We are many who with great anticipation hoped this would go somewhere, but the case seems surrounded by silence.

Who was this judge appointed by?

Thank your for the great website you have.

Judge Surrick is a Clinton appointee, and very probably a republican (he donated to Arlen Specter's campaign years ago). At this time, I cannot get into his head, but wonder two things: (1) if he's taking time because doing the right thing isn't quick and easy, or (2) if he's waiting until right before the election to drop a bomb on the losing party.

Remember too that the real election--the meeting of the electors--doesnt happen until December 15th.

“Remember too that the real election—the meeting of the electors—doesnt happen until December 15th.”

Very interesting point. Hillary always said, “He can’t win.” That has two possible meanings. Either she doesn’t think his unabashed, liberal rhetoric will hold up to voter scrutiny, or he isn’t qualified.

I guess it depends on who’s interpretation of the Constitution you listen to regarding Presidential election rules, but it makes sense that ultimately, the White House lies in the hands of the electors. Maybe she plans to sue that an elected Democrat President; ultimately disqualifed after the election, entitles her to the throne ( if the electors so choose)because the “Intention of the voter” is clear. They wanted a Democrat, and Biden ran for Vice-President.

McCain may be being told that in the event of a disqualification prior to swearing in, the law specifies that he is the legal heir to the office because he was the only “eligible PRESIDENTIAL candidate on the ballot”

There is a mess a-brewin’ if Obama is proven to be ineligible.

This may explain both Hillary and McCain’s silence on the matter.

The judge could also be shaking down the Obama campaign. So many weird things have happened this election cycle that I wouldn’t be surprised if this one did also.

Speaking of shakedowns, the API guys might be trying for a shakedown as well. Otherwise, why the delay in releasing the audiotape of Michelle Obama?
