EVERYONE knows how risky it is to get involved politically in a town run by democrats. Every year in my town the dems (who are corrupt and living off the public) run expensive smear campaigns against anyone who dares to challenge them.

And you know what? The republican candidates ALWAYS refuse to run the real corruption stories about the dems. “Oh, I don’t want to run that kind of campaign”.

Joe the plumber will be utterly destroyed and forgotten, the only thing that could help him would be very public protection by McCain and Palin, IF they are smart enough to do it.

I heard him say to Diane Sawyer that McCain’s campaign had contacted him to ask him to appear at a rally.

Yes the McCain campaign should publically put him under protection. But they must use this as an example of what Americans can expect if Obama seizes power. Adds have to run non stop about this. It's way more important than Wright or Ayers or earmarks. It's right up there with voter fraud. and it's important
