awwww... how did you bring her up to be this way?
I wish I could say it was because I am parent of the year, but I truly think she is born this way. She went to a daycare as a child (small town daycare and alot of elderly workers and a very homelike atmosphere-very lucky in that situation) and the cook, an elderly black lady from the mountains always called her “Little old lady eyes” from when she was 2 months old. She commented that she had only seen a handful of babies that could communicate with their eyes, especially at such a young age. I also hear alot of “old soul” comments from older people. They seem to pick up on it more than the younger group.
But I like to think our special bonding has helped too. I love all my kids, but we just get along so well and she enjoys listening to me. My other three just want to explain to me why I’m wrong and know nothing, haha. Typical teens.
