Joe is an everyman! She was so fake and condescending she irked me!
He wasn’t available for interviews yesterday, BECAUSE HE HAD TO WORK to repair a water main break for a gas station! He was wet and muddy!
I loved that line!
I know! I kept wondering, as she kept laughing and laughing, What's so funny? What's so amusing? WHAT? It wasn't like the guy was Jerry Seinfeld cracking a joke every other line. Diane Sawyer came across looking like an IDIOT.
My favorite part is when he refused to tell her who he was going to vote for. The MSM has really revealed itself as the sham it is, including Fox News -- judging by remarks from fellow FReepers, its post-debate coverage was pretty miserable. I am not surprised; I learned that Brit Hume is a fraud (which was a big disillusionment for me -- I'd been a fan of Brit's for years) during the primaries. That's when his true colors showed. He is out to push an agenda and does so by picking and choosing what he reports and what he leaves out; I made the mistake of thinking he was a genuine political journalist looking to cover developments because they were interesting, whether he liked them or not. My mistake, sadly. Turned out Brit is no different than the other talking heads.
You know there are a lot of us people who WORK and yet don’t buy into the class envy thing. This dude must frustrate the he!! out of the dems.

Obviously Joe is well educated. He got an education somewhere that taught him how to organize his thoughts and say succinctly what he means in way that is instantly understandable. My God, what a breath of fresh air. After hearing McCain, the Marxist Onada and Biden torture the English language low these many months, I had resigned myself to having to listen to more political speak.
Of course Gov. Palin has the gift as well, but must conform to McCain’s game plan—unfortunately. But we now have Joe the Plumber who speaks more effectively than any of the candidates except Palin. And he is free to say exactly what he means because he is not intimidated by PC, big shot MSM talking heads. Nor must he remember all the different things he has said to different groups.
I think Joe the Plumber will turn out to be the real October Surprise. What a gift he is—and coming at exactly the right time.
