The problem with any evidence of voter fraud is that it needs to be caught, on the spot. Like what happened recently when a poll worker called out a guy for trying to vote in the name of a dead guy that he knew and attended his funeral the month before.
Since there is no ID requirements, they can’t match a person to a ballot so there is no proof that someone with the name Mickey M Mouse from 123 main street actually voted.
After the fact is too late IMO..
Multiple registrations in a year is outright fraud and should be prosecutable.
If someone wants to appeal the charge (and claim that someone is engaging in identity theft by registering AS them), they should APPROVE that efforts are being made to prevent others from voting in their names.
RICO should be investigating ACORN for engaging in national criminal enterprise.
