Links Here in Japanese to Japanese commentary about last night's debate and elevates the issue of *JOE THE PLUMBER* as indicative of middle class concerned Americans.
Translates him as [働く配管工のジョー] "Hataraku Haikanko no Joe-san" (literally, "Joe, the Working Plumber"), and states he is an interesting developing campaign story in the USA delineating the differences between McCain and Obama on basic TAX ISSUES.
Going global, folks. From my own research just now, even some of the dummies over at DU's heads are exploding in anger over this sudden, new, real live NARRATIVE to the American political landscape, Joe The Plumber (who conveniently is opposed to Obama). They are now trying to dig up things on this real "Average Joe", Joe W., some calling him a racist (I know, I know, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1), or that he is not registered to vote, the whole usual panicking liberal nine yards. LOL.
There is hugh Democrat voter fraud every election, but this is the first one where the Republicans are actually doing something to counter it.
Well, actually, my head exploded learning how to do it actually, but plenty of scotch tape got it all back together! yes, it is one tough language to learn I can tell you. ;-) thanks again....
Is it just me, or does it seem crazy NOT to try to convince Joe the Plumber to make a few campaign ads for McCain? In the two interviews I’ve read where Joe talks about his concerns about taxes and the economy, it seems clear he is NOT an Obama supporter - better yet, he recognizes the socialist policies Obama is trying to implement and he says, his words “that scares me more.”
Rick Davis, get your ass to Toledo and find Joe, NOW!
I was able to locate this unedited video of Joe the Plumber, and it seemed to me like the guy just asked a simple question and Bambi just talked...and talked.... and talked.... and Joe just stood there and listened to him very politely as Obama stepped into about four huge piles of doo-doo. His handler must have been preoccupied, because they don’t usually let him go on and on until he’s shoved his own foot all the way down his own throat like that.
GMAmerica had the word Exclusive on while they found and interviewed Jo the Plumber.
All I caught him saying was no extra tax burden on the wealthy because in his opinion it would be a slippery slope to lower the $$$ amount down and tax the middle class by just saying hey there rich too.
“I was just joking on another thread, but it looks like they do have shirts up for him at CafePress.”
He deserves a cut on the profits.
“Did you know that Barney Frank translated into Japanese is Stomach like large tub of goo that steals money from efficient worker to give to layabout? Its true!”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Thanks for that information! I was WOEFULLY misinformed, I though “Barney Frank” meant “ugly mouth that garbles words because of damage to tongue and vocal cords resulting from activities too disgusting to discuss”.
Great post.
Sadly Barney keeps getting reelected. I am always amazed that military officers are subject to a board called the suitability evaluation board. Many in both houses would be thrown out of the military by this board. Yet,our public officials are not held to the same standards as both officers and enlisted are in the military. Amazing to me.
They may do that, but then again, what are they going to say. That they are entitled to a free handout!
Oh, geez, no. I’d rather stand on a red ant hill.
Can you translate, for the rectangle-impaired?
I already did ;-)
Which post number?? I hope not #1, because it’s all rectangles.
Domo arigato, Mr. Joe the Plumber.
