At some point one has to admit that McCain is . . . JUST . . . NOT . . . GOOD.

Agreed, McCain just won't hammer a democrat like he will a republican.
Obama turned in a poor performance tonight that a decent conservative would have turned into a real opportunity, McCain was just reluctant to land anything solid against his democrat buddies.

McCain has never been a good speaker. I think he was just the wrong candidate to go up against Obama. We needed someone younger and faster on their thoughts. Part of Mccains problem is he is stuck in the middle and he tries to be part lib/part conservative.
A disadvantage for him because at times he becomes indistinguishable from his opposition. It even confuses him.
I guess McCain did okay for McCain tonight. Who knows maybe we will be surprised. The worst part for him is that over the next days the economy will tank even more and the
MSM will drone on about how wonderful Barry was.
I have a sneaking suspicion about why some of the GOP elites don’t want McCain to win anymore, but I won’t say what it is.
The only thing that stands between us and Barry is the hope US citizens will doubt Barry and vote McCain. Or maybe some miracle will happen.
