I don’t get it either. Barnes or Kristol, I don’t remember for certain, said all Obama had to do was look presidential. That’s all that’s expected of him?! I expect a lot more than that from the President of the United States of America, even in a debate!
What I get out of their comment, is that they don't think the American people are smart enough to pick a candidate based on their records or policies, but decide who to vote for based on their on-screen appearance. To me it was a demeaning comment.
